Goods are to be returned or replaced within 7 days from date of purchase provided the receipt or the original invoice.

Good purchased should be in their original state duly with the cartons sealed.

A cost of 15% shall be deducted from the price of the item should the returns cartoon be tampered with or opened.

Returning or replacement will not be accepted without carton box.

In case if the cartons were opened and items are not functioning properly due to manufacturer’s defect, the items shall be replaced immediately after being inspected by our service team.
