Congratulations on your purchase from Hussein & Al-Hassan G. Shaker Bros. for Modern Trading Co. Ltd. (HH-Shaker) supplied products which are designed for your comfort and satisfaction. HH-Shaker is pleased to serve you in rare cases if the product won’t function properly based on the below conditions:

1. The installation of this air conditioner must be done by an authorized installation company. A list of these companies is available upon request and can be supplied by HH-Shaker.
2. Services to repair the unit under warranty will only be carried out when this warranty card and original copy of the purchase invoice with the date and place of purchase are provided. Otherwise, the customer will be charged for the work which will be done even if the air conditioner is still claimed to be within the warranty period. It is the responsibility of the customer to prove that the air conditioner is under warranty by showing the mentioned documents.
3. This air conditioning unit is warranted against defect and workmanship for the period of:
   • 2 years from the date of invoice on the entire product and covers labor charges and spare-parts.
   • 7 years from the date of invoice for wall mounted split compressor and does not cover the labor expenses after the second year.
   • 7 years from the date of invoice for Light Commercial AC compressor and does not cover the labor expenses after the second year
   • 10 years from the date of invoice for Inverter Wall mounted Split & Window compressor and does not cover the labor expenses after the second year.
4. Any tampering with, amending and/or erasing the serial number or model number on the air conditioner will render the warranty null and void. Any alteration to the model and serial number printed on this warranty will also render the warranty null and void.
5. The warranty DOES NOT apply to filters, remote control or to consumable items where the life depends on the amount of use or care given. Dents and scratches on the body of the air conditioner will not be covered. Normal and scheduled cleaning of the air conditioner is not covered as well.
6. The warranty will apply only on the air conditioners sold by HH-Shaker or any authorized dealer in the Kingdom starting from 01/03/2016 in which the serial number and the date of manufacture is recorded in our company.
7. HH-Shaker warranty is to repair the product and not to replace it. HH-Shaker at their discretion, reserve the right to repair, replace and/or credit this air conditioner under warranty.
8. The warranty shall become null and void if the air conditioner is tampered with, dismantled, repaired by external technicians, or substitute parts fitted or if the serial number removed by any person not authorized by HH-Shaker.
9. HH-Shaker will not guarantee the performance of the air conditioner if the room size is big for the air conditioner (under capacity).
10. HH-Shaker shall not be responsible for any damages nor to provide warranty resulting due to the following:
    • . Fire – Flood – Misuse – abuse or rough handling – any natural cause – incorrect installation – Lightning or power surges/drops.
    •  Incorrect operation procedure – failure to read and to understand the operation instructions.
    •  Unskilled interference with the working parts
    •  Electrical short circuit caused by electricity fluctuations above the average electricity above the source.
    •  Any other causes outside the control of HH-Shaker.

    HH-Shaker shall not be responsible nor held liable for any consequential loss or damage or any kind caused by or due to failure or malfunction of this air conditioner.

11. The estimated product lifetime of Midea Window AC is 5 years; where as the estimated product lifetime of other Midea air conditioners is 7 years. During this period, HH-Shaker is responsible for providing any needed spare parts.
